Carlyn did a great writeup for Jameco:

Store Front Music 2.0 is an interactive installation piece that translates motion into sound.  This work distills an earlier site-specific installation piece that transformed the entire storefront of CRASH Space on Venice Boulevard into a playful musical instrument.  Now movement from the the audience triggers mallet strikes on everyday objects. Just as in life, the viewer can use their behavior to create music or noise.
